Job Description

Our Philadelphia Michael Page office specializes in sales/recruiting for clients within Property & Construction (Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, etc.) as well as Accounting & Finance (Accounting Managers, Controller, Accountants, etc.).

As a consultant you will be responsible for:

  • Building relationships with companies (clients) in a given territory to partner together on hiring needs
  • Prospecting and outreach to clients
  • Negotiating commercial terms of business with clients
  • Building a pipeline of candidates through various sources (LinkedIn, Indeed, CRM database etc.)
  • Interviewing candidates and qualify them for job openings with clients
  • Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and candidates
  • Managing the process with candidates from initial interview stages through offer stage and close of the sale

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 2+ years experience in corporate sales, client-facing, consultative, or business development related job
  • Experience building relationships with clients/customers/stakeholders
  • The ability to do outreach, negotiations, and closing deals with clients
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
  • Ability to prioritize, problem solve, and be consultative with your clients
