About Our Client

- Coordinate and guide the activities of the commercial sales team to reach pre-established goals set
- Accompany the team with field visits to provide guidance, monitor conduct and approach, knowledge of product lines in order to improve deviations and improve quality of the service.
- Monitor sales daily, measure market data, establish goals alongside Board of Directors
- Conduct strategic visit at sales points and with distributors to strengthen relationships and negotiate the exposure of new products.

- Ability to work alongside people of all levels within the organization
- Time management and strong communication skills are a MUST
- Detail oriented, anaytlical, and strategic
- Willingness to travel alongside sales team
