Our client, a leading organization in the Aerospace Power sector, is seeking a highly experienced Sales Leader to drive business growth across multiple market segments. This is a strategic, high-impact role that requires strong leadership, business acumen, and customer relationship management skills.

Job Description

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (technical discipline preferred), Business or Marketing Accepted
  • MBA or higher degree preferred
  • Proven experience as a hands on seller driving new business in Aerospace & Defense.
  • Proven leadership abilities, to grow and lead a team.
  • Broad business knowledge across sales, engineering, finance, and operations.
  • Relevant industrial experience.
  • Prior management experience with direct reports.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business results.
