Their fully integrated suite of API-based products includes a loan management system that supports virtually any non-mortgage asset class and features a suite of proprietary servicing tools.

Job Description

  • Build our sales engineering team
  • Assist sales teams in technical overviews of solutiour ons
  • Work closely with Account Executives as a crucial member of the sales team on deal strategy and tactics
  • Be the product expert within the sales team understanding the features and functions of products
  • Listen to product and technical challenges presented by prospects and determine how we can address them.
  • Communicate and listen to clients to understand their pain points and prescribe solutions
  • Coordinate product and technical questions and issues with internal stakeholders
  • Be the "voice of the customer" for the product and development teams

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years solution engineering or product experience at an enterprise SaaS company
  • Adept at demonstrating and explaining complex enterprise solutions
  • Working with FinTech lenders or banking infrastructure Collaborative with sales, product, and leadership teams
  • Team player and ability to juggle multiple responsibilities
  • Ability to understand technical API-driven solutions
  • Start up experience is a huge plus
