Job Description

  • Find, cold call and network with architects, designers, people in the real estate community, and end users.
  • Create pipeline of new opportunities.
  • Close new business and meet goal expectations.
  • Create client proposals.
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations for clients and networking groups to showcase our product and promote our services.
  • Utilize company software to generate an accurate and complete bill of materials for order processing.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients: follow up after the sale, ensure clients are satisfied, and maintain relationships over time.
  • Create new client relationships and sustain existing relationships.
  • Track and maintain individual key performance indicators (KPIs).

The Successful Applicant

  • Must have a proven track record of success
  • Must have proven experience with closing
  • Must be proficient in MS Office, Teams, ERP, CRM, and automated systems
  • Must be able to attend face-to-face events
  • Must be able to make meaningful working relationships through using excellent listening, communication, and questioning skills
