Job Description

This is a remote role, ideal for a self-motivated individual who thrives working independently and representing a premium, innovation-driven brand.

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the U.S. beauty market for IML tube solutions.
  • Develop and manage accounts, ensuring timelines, milestones, and performance metrics are consistently met.
  • Expand presence within existing accounts while cultivating new client relationships.
  • Stay informed on competitor activity and industry shifts; share insights with the VP of Sales & Marketing.
  • Support growth initiatives by attending client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Maintain clear, timely communication with internal teams
  • Handle day-to-day client needs with urgency, professionalism, and effective problem resolution.
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in business development or sales within cosmetic packaging; specifically tubes.
  • Deep technical and product knowledge of tube manufacturing and packaging development.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven time-management abilities with a track record of meeting deadlines
