Job Description

  • Diagnose order issues and manage order exceptions, in order to provide on-time fulfilment and delivery of ecommerce orders
  • Support a central repository of product information, ensuring comprehensive coverage of images, copy, and other content areas that are best-in-class
  • Audit site merchandising content to facilitate world-class product information that drives consumer conversion
  • Complete customer product templates (for both new product introductions and base business orders) consistently and accurately with respect to a central product information repository (attributes, information, etc.) and in line with service levels defined for assigned account(s)
  • Respond to ad-hoc customer order-related requests, concerns, or inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Partner cross-functionally (Merchandising, Photo Studio, B2C, Supply Chain) to operate as subject matter expert on products, categories, and content
  • Perform analysis on B2B related items as required by customer SLAs to diagnose and resolve specific customer issues
  • Monitor competitor site merchandising to identify opportunities that further optimize site merchandising

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong project management to drive objectives within defined timelines
  • Ability to service multiple objectives in parallel for separate stakeholders
  • Demonstrated problem solving / analysis capability (with superior attention to detail)
  • Proficiency in technical platforms (Office, vendor portals, OfBiz, etc.) as required to execute day-to-day responsibilities
  • Comfortability within a metric-oriented and fast paced environment.
  • One to five years' experience in sales operations, customer service, and/or logistics.
  • Proficiency in excel and related tools
