As we expand our footprint in the Northeast, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team and drive new business opportunities in the Northeast region.

Job Description



  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:
    Proactively identify and target potential customers through cold calling, networking, attending trade shows, and leveraging industry contacts.
    Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities within various industries including food & beverage, healthcare, cosmetics, and consumer goods.


  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
    Develop and execute a sales plan to penetrate new accounts and grow the customer base within the Northeast region.
    Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions based on our label and packaging offerings.
    Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a smooth transition to the account management team for ongoing support.


  • Relationship Building:
    Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including procurement managers, packaging engineers, and brand owners.
    Regularly visit prospects and customers in the field to foster strong business relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.


  • Product Knowledge & Consultation:
    Act as a subject matter expert on our custom labels and packaging products.
    Provide technical guidance and consultative selling to help customers choose the best solutions for their packaging needs.


  • Sales Targets & Reporting:
    Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
    Track sales activities, pipeline status, and progress in the CRM system.
    Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on territory performance, challenges, and opportunities.

The Successful Applicant



  • Experience:
    Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the custom printed labels, packaging, or related manufacturing industries.
    Demonstrated success in a "hunter" sales role, with a history of generating leads and closing new business.
    Experience with complex B2B sales cycles, including dealing with procurement, product development, and marketing teams.


  • Skills & Knowledge:
    Strong understanding of custom labeling and packaging solutions, including materials, printing techniques, and production processes.
    Ability to conduct sales presentations and product demos effectively, both virtually and in person.
    Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
    Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.


  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).


  • Travel:
    Ability to travel frequently within the Northeast region, including overnight stays as required.
