Job Description

  • Sales & Legal Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between sales and legal teams, ensuring efficient contract review and approvals.
  • Contract Support: Assist in reviewing, organizing, and managing contracts, tracking key milestones such as renewals and amendments.
  • Pricing Analysis: Support regional pricing strategies by gathering and analyzing data to maintain competitive pricing.
  • Process Optimization: Assist in refining contract workflows and pricing approval processes to improve efficiency.
  • Sales Enablement: Provide sales teams with contract-related insights, helping them navigate pricing structures and legal terms.
  • Customer Support: Respond promptly to sales and customer inquiries regarding contracts, pricing, and compliance matters.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate contract records, price matrices, and compliance documentation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Operations and Finance to align customer accounts and pricing structures.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in business, legal studies, or related field (preferred)
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales support, contract administration, or pricing coordination
  • Basic understanding of contract terms and legal review processes
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise between multiple departments
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with contract management or CRM software is a plus
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
