About Our Client

Our client specializes in restoration projects ranging from $5,000-$1M throughout the Metro Boston area and have been an industry leader for the past 16 years. Great attention to detail and workmanship with a great track record of satisfied clients and repeat business. Their expertise is Masonry, Restoration, Historic Preservation, Waterproofing, Foundation, Basement, Mold Remediation, Fire Water Restoration. With such a strong pipeline of projects ahead, they are looking to grow their team by bringing on an experienced sales person with a background in construction to help win new business and maintain/strengthen current client relationships. This Sales/Business Development manager will be able work directly with ownership and learn the business from inside to out.

Job Description

The Sales/ Business Development Manager will be responsible for:

  • Work closely with superintendents on various projects
  • Deal with property managers, engineers, architects.
  • Bid on new business
  • Traveling to meet with prospective clients
  • Report and keep track of finances, contract proposals

The Successful Applicant

The Sales/ Business Development Manager will have:

  • A background in sales (2-3 Years preferred)
  • General knowledge of standard construction operations
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (required)
  • Motivation to develop and grow within the business
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
