About Our Client
Leading Financial Services located in Delaware, looking for a Salesforce Administrator.
Job Description
Manage project to migrate application from Classic to Lightning in line with RQA system lead Manage development, configuration and optimization of application in Salesforce: configure custom objects, fields, page layouts; manage and build custom flows, workflows and approval processes; configure user profiles, record access and security settings; build validation rules and formulas Create documentation for developments and configurations Support users of the system in troubleshooting issues as related to the RQA application in Salesforce

The Successful Applicant

- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience customizing and managing in the Salesforce platform
- 1-2 years of related experience
- Advanced skill in coding in 1-2 languages (Apex, JavaScript, Python, etc.) Ability to quickly learn new technologies Display strong written/oral communication and outstanding interpersonal skills
Education:
Bachelor s Degree or Equivalent Experience required in computer science, information systems, engineering or related discipline. Will consider applications with equivalent work-related experience.
Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Architect, or Salesforce Developer Certification
