SAP Support Specialist

• Collaborate with business and finance teams to define project requirements and conduct technical assessments for SAP product enhancements with the Headquarters team.
• Engage with the user community, external vendors, and stakeholders to support finance and business needs.
• Oversee project standards, scope, timeline, risk identification, mitigation, quality management, budget, reporting, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure alignment with application SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) processes and provide ongoing support for operations.
• Manage project delivery by coordinating with all relevant parties and maintaining effective communication and project tracking.
