Savannah, GA - Construction Project Executive

• Lead multiple light industrial construction projects, ensuring quality, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction.
• Direct all phases of project delivery including preconstruction planning, design coordination, bidding, procurement, and field execution.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, subcontractors, architects, and engineers.
• Provide executive‑level leadership to PMs, superintendents, and field teams.
• Manage project financials: forecasting, risk mitigation, reporting, change orders, and cost controls.
• Ensure strict compliance with company safety, quality, and performance standards
