SCA Estimator

This role is crucial in supporting the accurate estimation of costs and materials for school and public infrastructure projects. As a Construction Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing bid documents, cost breakdowns, and coordinating with project teams to ensure projects remain within budget.

• Develop accurate cost estimates for public sector construction projects, particularly for SCA and similar clients.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to review plans and specifications.
• Prepare detailed cost breakdowns, including labor, materials, and other project costs.
• Monitor and track project budgets throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Provide support in negotiating contracts and managing subcontractor bids.
• Analyze and mitigate potential risks related to cost overruns or delays.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure competitive pricing and quality work.
