Job Description

  • Develop and maintain Primavera P6 master schedules for mission‑critical projects from preconstruction through turnover
  • Coordinate phase sequencing, pull planning, and milestone alignment with PMs, superintendents, designers, and trade partners
  • Perform critical path analysis and identify schedule risks impacting high‑risk systems and commissioning activities
  • Track progress against baselines and support schedule recovery plans when delays occur
  • Provide schedule reporting and forecasting to project teams and owners to ensure schedule certainty

The Successful Applicant

  • Background with a large general contractor delivering complex, large‑scale mission‑critical or data center projects
  • Advanced expertise using Primavera P6 scheduling software
  • Deep knowledge of Lean scheduling methodologies applied throughout all phases of construction
  • Demonstrated ownership of complete project schedules across all scopes and trades
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to align project managers, superintendents, design teams, and trade partners
  • Willingness to travel and be on‑site as project needs require
