Projects span retail, residential, mixed-use, and institutional construction, with a focus on long-term value and precision in execution.Job DescriptionOversee all on-site operations for ground-up and retail construction projects.Coordinate with clients, design professionals, subcontractors, and internal teams.Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, project schedules, and quality standards.Manage site logistics, materials, manpower, and daily progress reports.Review drawings, specifications, and schedules to anticipate and resolve field challenges.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with design intent.Conduct inspections, manage punch lists, and maintain accurate project documentation.Foster collaboration, accountability, and professionalism among all project stakeholders.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
