Job Description

A Senior Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for:

  • Identify prospective candidates and clients through cold calling, referrals, our internal database, and other resources
  • Source, screen, and understand candidates experience to properly share open positions that fit their needs
  • Be responsible for "hunting" new business opportunities
  • Provide detailed product demos, consultations, and proposals
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs
  • KPIsCollaborate with team and internal departments
  • Manage your own portfolio of clients, both existing and new
  • Search and source potential new businesses to sign, utilizing multiple online resources
  • Build close partnerships with clients and help their business grow by developing and delivering the best solutions for needs at hand.
  • Negotiate Commercial Terms of business and rates
  • Pathway to management with clear cut metrics

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Senior Recruiter will have:

  • 2-4 years of B2B sales, account management, business development or similar experience
  • 2-4 years of closing experience with a proven track record
  • The ability to think strategically, execute effectively, and deliver high quality work against tight deadlines
  • Proven resilience, determination, and coachability
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and stellar communication
  • High energy, positive attitude, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Someone who thrives under pressure and is not afraid of a challenge
  • Competitive history (sports background, proven top salesperson track record, reward driven)
  • An ambitious, outgoing personality and a will to win
  • Experience leading a team is a plus and will fast track you into a management role
