About Our Client

My client is a growing AI driven enterprise sales intelligence and enablement platform that empowers Enterprise Sales and HR/Talent leaders with real-time, contextualized insights. They are located in the The Woodlands, TX area working on a hybrid schedule (3-4 days in the office).

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline while fostering long-term client relationships.
  • Proactively engage with enterprise accounts through phone, email, social selling, and other outreach strategies.
  • Conduct customized product demonstrations and provide consultative solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Utilize research and data-driven insights to create compelling prospect presentations.
  • Apply consultative sales methodologies such as MEDDIC and Challenger Sales to drive deal success.
  • Mentor and guide BDRs to enhance lead generation effectiveness and overall sales performance.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of experience in SaaS sales
  • 2+ years of experience selling software to Sales and Marketing leaders
  • Proven track record in managing complex SaaS sales cycles
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, written, and visual communication skills
  • Highly self-motivated with a process-oriented approach
  • Experience in Sales, Marketing, or Account Management is a plus
