This role offers strong visibility across the organization and the opportunity to contribute to ongoing process improvements within a stable, growth‑oriented company.Job DescriptionSenior Accountant Job Responsibilities:Manage month‑end close activities including journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.Maintain the general ledger and support preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements.Assist in developing and analyzing budget vs. actual reporting and management financial dashboards.Support AP/AR review, fixed assets, and other core accounting functions as needed.Prepare internal management reports and support financial accuracy across the organization.Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to stronger controls and reporting efficiency.Assist with external audits and preparation of required schedules.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
