Job Description



  • Lead the consolidation process, including preparing and reviewing journal entries for intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translation adjustments, and investment eliminations.


  • Analyze and reconcile intercompany transactions and balances, coordinating with regional accounting teams to resolve issues.


  • Maintain and manage the consolidation system to ensure data integrity.


  • Prepare consolidated financial statements such as income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and statements of changes in equity.


  • Support audit activities by preparing schedules and documentation for internal and external auditors.


  • Assist in preparing management financial reports and reporting packages.


  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase consolidation efficiency and accuracy.


  • Document consolidation policies and assist with the integration of newly acquired entities.


  • Collaborate with various departments including FP&A, Tax, and Treasury, as well as external auditors.


  • Provide guidance and support to other accounting staff on consolidation matters.

The Successful Applicant



  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA certification preferred.


  • 3-5+ years of accounting experience focused on consolidations; public accounting experience is a plus.


  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, especially consolidation accounting.


  • Experience with consolidation software such as OneStream, Hyperion, SAP BPC, or Oracle FCCS.


  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.


  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.


  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
