Senior Accountant - Electronics Manufacturer - Woodstock, IL

Senior Accountant Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis and generate detailed reports on global production costs, ensuring a clear understanding of cost drivers and operational performance across all international locations.
• Review and interpret the financial performance of our overseas subsidiaries, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement to support strategic decision-making.
• Oversee and assess manufacturing processes to ensure optimal efficiency, while delivering actionable insights and performance metrics to executive leadership for continuous improvement.
• Provide critical support during the monthly financial close by preparing accurate entries, reconciliations, and reports, maintaining a high level of accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist in managing international compliance issues related to taxation, audits, and legal regulations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to global standards.
• Lead or participate in a variety of high-impact projects that drive innovation, efficiency, and long-term growth, adapting to the evolving needs of a dynamic, global business environment.
