Senior Accountant - High Growth Organization

• Ensure accurate recording and recognition of revenue
• Coordinate, perform, and promote company policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Payroll processing and HR functions
• Identify processes for improvements; develop suggestions for improvement; implement approved processes
• Understand and ensure proper execution of and compliance with vendor contracts
• Provide financial reports and analysis to corporate leadership
• Maintain open communications with customers, vendors, and other staff
• Verify internal consistency, completeness, and mathematical accuracy of accounting documents
• Ensure internal and external audit requests and inquires have been satisfied
• Determine, communicate, and provide the accounting and administrative staffing needs
• Insure accuracy of finance report
• Coordinate timely closing of monthly and annual reporting with GM and president
• Other duties as assigned
• Excellent analytical and communication skills. Must be able not only collect data and information, but also to analyse and provide strategic plan.
