Most of the team has been there for over 5 years with consistent promotions over their tenure.Job DescriptionPrepare and maintain accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, in compliance with GAAP.Lead the month-end close process by preparing journal entries, reviewing general ledger entries, and performing reconciliations to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.Oversee the general ledger accounts, ensuring accurate coding of transactions and resolving discrepancies to maintain the integrity of financial data.Perform detailed reconciliations for various accounts (e.g., cash, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets) and prepare variance analysis for financial statements.Collaborate with the finance team to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, ensuring alignment with firm goals and industry trends.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
