The Senior Accountant will work directly with the Controller on the preparation of financial statements and reporting, due diligence, and M&A activity for the company.

Description
- Prepare financial statements and financial reporting in accordance with GAAP for multiple funds and entities
- Conduct the analysis and review of the general ledger, balance sheet, accruals, and the variance within entries
- Provide a detailed review of financial statements to senior leadership
- Act as a liaison with other personnel management on accounting related items
- Assist with M&A activity and due diligence for potential acquisitions
- Conduct cash management and treasury functions
- Assist in the preparation of balance sheet reconciliations, annual budget, and annual valuation process
- Prepare quarterly investor statements for senior leadership
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA preferred
- 3+ years of experience in Accounting
- Public Accounting background preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and think creatively
