Job Description

  • Lead Month/Quarter-end closing
  • Prepare financial statements in accordance with GAAP
  • Lead Audit projects and Tax Preparations
  • Review & approve bank, loan, and credit reconciliations.
  • Communicate with 3rd party fund administrators regarding investor accounting and reporting
  • Oversee and mentor Staff Accountants

The Successful Applicant

  • Accounting or Finance degree is required (MBA/CPA encouraged)
  • Minimum of 5 years of Accounting experience (property/Real Estate experience preferred)
  • YARDI experience preferred
  • Growth-oriented and strong leadership skills
