As the business continues to scale, they're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Accountant to join our finance team and play a key role in building out robust financial processes that support growth.Job DescriptionPerform and review general ledger accounting functions including journal entries, reconciliations, and accrualsLead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processesPrepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAPMaintain accurate records of equipment leases, revenue recognition schedules, and asset depreciationReconcile lease payments and monitor accounts receivable and payableAssist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysisSupport tax preparation and compliance activitiesHelp implement and improve accounting systems, processes, and internal controlsLiaise with external auditors during audits and regulatory filingsMentor junior accounting staff as neededMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
