Job Description

Assist with month-end close, including the completion of journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations for multiple locations
Manage the processing and payment of approved vendor bills
Prepare financial statements in accordance with GAAP
Assist with company budget preparation
Identify process improvements and procedures
Collaborate with business units to develop company cash reconciliation
Provide accounting support when needed on ERP implementation process
Create training materials and collateral for colleagues
Conduct inventory reconciliation
Ad hoc work as needed
