They operate across multiple global markets, combining strong brand portfolios with scaled production and commercial capabilities to drive growth.Job DescriptionSupport month-end close activities to ensure timely, accurate, and complete financial reportingPrepare and maintain supporting schedules for balance sheet and P&L accountsEnsure all financial transactions are recorded in compliance with applicable accounting standardsPerform account reconciliations and investigate and resolve variancesAssist with oversight of the general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functionsReview journal entries to confirm accuracy, completeness, and proper documentationContribute to the maintenance and continuous improvement of accounting processes and systemsSupport external audit activities, including annual financial, tax, and lender-required auditsEnsure audit readiness through proper documentation and adherence to internal controlsAssist in the development, documentation, and enforcement of internal control proceduresProvide day-to-day accounting support, including:Reviewing and approving invoices prior to posting to the general ledger, ensuring correct period, GL coding, and departmental allocation (e.g., using document management systems such as Papersave)Assisting with vendor invoice coding and reconciliations (e.g., FedEx and other suppliers)Cross-training and providing backup support within accounts payableMonitor licensing revenue invoicing and collections to ensure accuracy and timelinessPerform monthly reporting and analysis in Concur, including review of GL accounts and related journal entriesSupport ad hoc analyses and special projects as requiredMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
