Job Description

Assist with month-end close duties
Perform consolidation checks
Assist with maintaining the general ledger
Prepare financial statements in accordance with GAAP
Identify process improvements and procedures
Collaborate with business units to develop company cash reconciliation
Assist with inter-company out-of-balance reconciliation process
Provide accounting support when needed

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for this Senior Accountant position:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of experience in Accounting
Construction, manufacturing, distribution, or related industry experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge
Knowledge of GAAP
