Job Description

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports in accordance with GAAP and company policies.
  • Oversee the month-end close process, ensuring timely completion of reconciliations and financial analysis.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
  • Perform variance analysis and provide senior management with insights on budget performance and financial trends.
  • Collaborate with external auditors during the annual audit, providing necessary documentation and support.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, working closely with department heads to align financial objectives.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial processes and reporting.
  • Contribute to special projects and initiatives aimed at improving financial operations and reporting efficiency.

The Successful Applicant


  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA designation preferred.
  • At least five years of accounting experience, ideally within a financial services setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
