Job Description

  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of accounting activities, focusing on shares, stock-based compensation, and external debt.
  • Maintain the general ledger and reconcile accounts related to shares, share-based compensation, and external debt.
  • Coordinate monthly journal entries for stock allocations, issuances, repurchases, share-based compensation, and external debt.
  • Prepare quarterly and annual exhibits, 10Q and 10K financial disclosures, and workpapers related to shares, share-based compensation, and external debt.
  • Assist in the planning and forecasting process.
  • Contribute to IFRS reporting and preparation of plc standalone financials.
  • Act as a liaison with external and internal auditors, stock plan administrator, External Reporting, FP&A, Treasury, Investor Relations, and Tax departments.
  • Assist management with special projects, ad hoc reporting, and financial information requests from business unit leaders.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in an accounting or finance-related role.
  • CPA certification is preferred but not required.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of accounting and reporting systems; experience with Workday and TM1 preferred.
