Job Description



  • Produce accurate financial reporting and conduct variance, KPI, and performance analysis across the portfolio


  • Support budgeting, forecasting, underwriting, and due diligence for acquisitions and dispositions


  • Collaborate with accounting and operations to ensure data accuracy, proper expense allocation, and effective financial controls


  • Perform market research, evaluate capital projects, and develop scenario models to guide strategic decisions


  • Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend initiatives to improve revenue, reduce costs, and enhance overall asset performance
