Job Description

  • Execute the company's financial planning and analysis activities, including the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasting, and long-term strategic planning
  • Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards to track and analyze key performance indicators and trends
  • Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to senior management and other stakeholders
  • Partner with other departments to identify areas for cost optimization, process improvement, and revenue growth
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends and economic indicators to inform financial planning and forecasting activities
  • Support when needed other Financial team menbers, providing guidance and support on complex financial analyses and modeling
  • Work closely with accounting and other finance functions to ensure alignment and consistency in financial reporting and analysis
  • Provide ad hoc financial analyses and support to senior management as needed

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in an FP& A role
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance reporting
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear and actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to all levels of the organization
  • Be a team player and able to motivate rest of team
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools, including Microsoft Excel and other relevant software (Onyx, Anaplan, SAP).
