Job Description

Execute the company's financial planning and analysis activities, including the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasting, and long-term strategic planning
Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards to track and analyze key performance indicators and trends
Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to senior management and other stakeholders
Partner with other departments to identify areas for cost optimization, process improvement, and revenue growth
Monitor and analyze industry trends and economic indicators to inform financial planning and forecasting activities
Support when needed other Financial team menbers, providing guidance and support on complex financial analyses and modeling
Work closely with accounting and other finance functions to ensure alignment and consistency in financial reporting and analysis
Provide ad hoc financial analyses and support to senior management as needed

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in an FP& A role
Strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance reporting
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear and actionable insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to all levels of the organization
Be a team player and able to motivate rest of team
Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools, including Microsoft Excel and other relevant software (Onyx, Anaplan, SAP).
