Such analysis may include but is not limited to: Comparable Company Analysis (Public Comps), Precedent Transaction Analysis (M&A Comps), Discounted Cash Flow Analysis (DCF), Leverage Buyout / "Ability to Pay" Analysis (LBO), Merger & Acquisition Models, and different strategic alternatives and capital structure options;Communicate financial information and strategic issues in a clear, concise and relevant manner to assist and guide executives and business owners in a variety of corporate finance transactions;Perform due-diligence on behalf of a client for any transaction or assignment involved in a client engagement.
