Senior Business Analyst Consultant

The Senior Business Analyst Consultant will be responsible for owning and optimizing the ServiceNow platform, partnering with senior stakeholders to streamline processes and scale usage across the organization.

• Optimize and scale the ServiceNow platform to meet the needs of multiple user groups.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Lead the implementation of ServiceNow enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
• Analyze existing workflows and recommend improvements to align with business goals.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business units.
• Provide guidance and expertise on ServiceNow best practices to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop and maintain project documentation to track progress and ensure transparency.
• Present findings and updates to senior executives with confidence and clarity.
