Senior Business Analyst

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for technology initiatives.
• Analyze and evaluate current processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment between business and technical teams.
• Support product and supplier selection processes by conducting research and evaluations.
• Create detailed documentation, including functional specifications and process maps.
• Ensure the successful delivery of projects by monitoring progress and resolving issues as they arise.
• Work closely with technology teams to design and implement solutions that meet business objectives.
• Communicate project updates and key findings to senior management and stakeholders.
