Description

Reporting directly to the Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for:

Applying continuous improvement methodology to develop and coordinate initiatives with suppliers
Prepare complex reports
Collect, analyze, and summarize information and trends in order to develop complex reports
Understand how to reduce cost and implement strategies to reduce cost impact
Develop business partners across the manufacturing organization

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's Degree in business, supply chain, or related field
3-5 years of experience in buyer role or related field
Vendor relation skills
Cost savings experience
Understanding of continuous improvement, lean tools, value stream mapping, project leadership
