My client is a global non profit with an amazing mission dedicated to social justice and human rights. They are active in over 40 countries and continuing to grow! They are seeking a mission driven, hard working Comp & Ben Analyst to join their team.

Description

  • Participate in industry-specific and general market surveys to ensure competitiveness of compensation and benefit programs
  • Responsible for the data integrity of compensation information in Workday, regularly conducting audits of job titles and compensation data
  • Conduct job evaluations for new positions and benchmark reviews for existing positions using all available market data
  • Assist with making salary recommendations for new hires
  • Assist with the evaluation of current vendor service levels and performance for compensation projects
  • Support requests from HR Partners, working closely with HR Officers
  • Assist with the review and implementation of Global Benefits Standards

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of compensation experience
  • Experience in non-profit or foundations preferred
  • Experience in global, matrixed organizations preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-changing, high volume and consultative environment
