Job Description

  • Develop and execute compliance monitoring and testing plans to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of internal policies and procedures to identify and address potential gaps.
  • Collaborate with various departments to provide guidance on compliance-related matters.
  • Prepare detailed reports and present findings to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state financial regulations impacting the industry.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of corrective action plans for compliance issues.
  • Support training initiatives to enhance compliance awareness across the organization.
