Job Description

Senior Construction Project Manager - Halifax, MA - $200k - Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple high-profile construction projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met.
  • Mentor and manage a team of Project Managers, providing guidance, leadership, and support.
  • Develop and execute project strategies that align with company goals and future growth.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive the overall direction of the company and support key leadership transitions.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction across all projects.
  • Supervise project budgets, schedules, and resources to guarantee successful project delivery.

Senior Construction Project Manager - Halifax, MA - $200k - Will have

  • Experience:
    • Senior Project Manager: 10+ years of relevant experience in construction project management.
    • Project Executive: Proven experience in leading major projects, managing teams, and contributing to organizational strategy.
  • Skills:
    • Expertise in managing water/wastewater, ground-up construction, and large public spaces (parks, athletic fields, etc.).
    • Ability to mentor and guide a team of Project Managers, ensuring alignment and success across all projects.
    • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
    • PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Senior Construction Project Manager - Halifax, MA - $200k - Will receive

    • $165k-$200k base salary
    • Benefits: Company vehicle or vehicle allowance, Harvard Pilgrim Health Plan (75% of the premium and 100% of the deductible covered by the company), 10 paid holidays, 15 PTO/sick days.
