Senior Design Engineer - Manufacturing

The Senior Design Engineer - Manufacturing will be responsible for the following:

• Lead the design and development of connector products from concept through production.
• Create detailed 3D models, drawings, and specifications using CAD software.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and process engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct design reviews, tolerance analysis, and material selection for optimal performance.
• Support prototype development and testing, analyzing results to refine designs.
• Drive innovation by researching new materials, technologies, and design methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards and customer requirements.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to the design team.
