About Our Client

A leading renewable energy company that has coverage across the US for Utility-scale solar and wind projects. With a substantial pipeline of projects in both the early and delivery phase, our client are actively looking to grow their Development team. They currently have projects in MISO, PJM, ERCOT, NYISO and Southeast.

Job Description

  • Effectively work with the existing Development team on Utility-scale projects
  • Acquire real estate rights for development opportunities
  • Maintain relationships with landowners and other local stakeholders
  • Direct resource management processes and output estimates
  • Manage external stakeholders supporting environmental assessment campaigns
  • Manage external stakeholders supporting property and sales tax abatement efforts
  • Manage occasional permitting activities with support from other divisions of the firm
  • Prepare project budgets, schedules, and RFP responses

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field is preferred
  • 5+ years experience within the renewable industry
  • Ideally has exposure to utility-scale solar, wind or storage projects
  • Well-rounded project management experience
