Job Description

Execute full lifecycle recruiting partnership with focus on quality and diverse hiring outcomes, leveraging best in class process, systems, and tools to accelerate progress.
* Create and implement innovative sourcing strategies for transformative digital talent, delivering against existing hiring demand and building a pipeline of talent needs.
* Apply a consultative approach to the hiring partnership, delivering market insights, ensuring clear accountability, and aligning on search criteria for successful outcomes.
* Use market intelligence to identify, engage, and attract passive talent.
* Ensure a positive experience for all internal and external candidates alike.
* Consult and build competitive offer recommendations, deliver verbal/written offers to finalist candidates, and effectively negotiate offer packages that secures top talent.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of full cycle recruitment experience
  • Full lifecycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high growth SaaS or technology environment.
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques, including social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) and crafting Boolean search strings.
  • Exceptional team player with proven ability to lead through influence

What's on Offer

Competitive salary package ($110k-$150k + Bonus) depending on experience
