With a supportive executive team and an appetite for transformation, the business is scaling capacity, modernizing operations, and building future leaders.Job DescriptionLead and manage multi-site food manufacturing operations to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement using lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, FDA, OSHA, and food safety standards.Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational improvements.Oversee capital expenditure (CapEx) projects, including commissioning and equipment upgrades.Establish and maintain daily management and tier-1 manufacturing processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with overall business objectives.Provide leadership and mentorship to Plant Managers and operational teams.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
