If you have 5+ years of experience within a Manufacturing industry and can operate both independently and part of a team, please read on and apply to the Senior EHS Specialist - Manufacturing job based near Manchester, NH.Job DescriptionThe Senior EHS Specialist - Manufacturing will be responsible for the following:Multi-Site Oversight: Manage and support EHS compliance and initiatives across three local manufacturing sites, ensuring consistency and alignment with corporate and regulatory standards.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all facilities comply with OSHA, EPA, and other applicable federal, state, and local EHS regulations. Maintain up-to-date permits, documentation, and reporting.Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and hazard analyses to identify gaps and drive corrective actions. Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis.Program Development & Implementation: Develop and implement site-specific EHS policies, procedures, and training programs. Serve as the subject matter expert for EHS initiatives including emergency response, industrial hygiene, waste management, and ergonomics.Training & Engagement: Deliver EHS training to employees and leadership. Champion a proactive safety culture through engagement, education, and reinforcement of safe work practices.Sustainability & Environmental Initiatives: Monitor environmental performance metrics and support sustainability initiatives such as waste reduction, energy efficiency, and pollution prevention.Collaboration & Reporting: Collaborate with operations, maintenance, HR, and leadership to integrate EHS into daily operations.
