In this position you will be responsible for the Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance Program. You will provide technical ESG expertise/insight to the executive management team on key issues related to ESG/Sustainability topics as the regulatory and other stakeholder priorities evolve and emerge.

Job Description

  • Responsible for the companies Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance Program
  • In charge of developing and coordinating environmental, social and corporate governance policies and disclosures.
  • Collects and analyzes data and submits reports to maintain compliance
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on strategy
  • Manage ESG content coordination between the investor relations /finance teams, HR, Communications, EHS and sales/marketing teams
  • Respond to internal and external ESG inquiries and other related communications
  • Manage and enhance ESG data collection and reporting to ensure it aligns with our business strategy and accurately reflects the company's results
  • Ensure proper accounting for ESG-related financials, including carbon credits, renewable energy investments, and other sustainability-driven expenses.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of ESG metrics in line with global standards (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD).

The Successful Applicant

  • B.S. degree within relevant field such as Environmental, Business, Health & Safety, Finance
  • 5-10+ years of combined experience in ESG and related fields such as EHS, Investment Strategy, PR, Business and accounting
  • Demonstrated interest in / knowledge of ESG market
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A working knowledge of financial reporting, internal controls, ESG regulations, reporting frameworks/strategies, SEC rules/regulations and financial reporting.
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Experience with CSRD, SEC, Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), and Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) standards.
