A well-established regional construction management firm is seeking two Estimators (Estimator or Senior Estimator level) to support continued growth across New England. These roles will play a key part in preconstruction efforts on a wide variety of commercial and multifamily projects.

Our client is a privately held, financially stable construction management firm with over two decades of success in the Northeast. With multiple offices and approximately 85+ employees, the business delivers roughly $100M in annual revenue and is known for its collaborative culture, schedule-driven execution, and diverse project portfolio. The firm does not pigeonhole staff into a single market sector, offering exposure across multifamily, healthcare, education, office, and commercial work.

Job Description

  • Preparing conceptual, schematic, and detailed cost estimates
  • Supporting preconstruction planning and budgeting activities
  • Reviewing drawings, specifications, and scope documents
  • Coordinating with subcontractors and vendors for pricing
  • Assisting with value engineering and cost optimisation
  • Participating in bid reviews and handoff meetings
  • Supporting leadership with workload currently handled at the executive level

The Successful Applicant

  • 3-10 years of construction estimating experience
  • Background across multifamily, hospitality, commercial, education, or institutional projects
  • Experience working on projects up to $75M (or exposure to large-scale work)
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Familiarity with standard estimating software (no specific platform required)
  • Ability to commute to Southern VT or NH offices (or willingness to relocate)



What's on Offer

  • Estimator: $110,000 - $120,000 base salary
  • Senior Estimator: $150,000 - $170,000 base salary
  • Relocation assistance including $5K-$10K sign-on bonus
  • Vehicle allowance (~$10K annually)
  • 401(k) with 3% safe harbour contribution (after 6 months)
  • Dental & vision 100% employer-paid
  • 5 weeks PTO plus paid volunteer time
  • Annual profit-sharing bonus (historically 10-20% of base)
