Job Description

  • Develop comprehensive cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Analyze project plans, specifications, and blueprints to determine scope and requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimates.
  • Prepare detailed bid proposals and review contractor bids for accuracy and compliance.
  • Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options.
  • Maintain and update cost databases to reflect current market pricing and trends.
  • Provide support during project negotiations and contract reviews.
