Senior Estimator - Mixed Commercial

• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for mixed commercial construction projects.
• Analyze project requirements, blueprints, and specifications to determine scope and budgets.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations.
• Source and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids to ensure competitive pricing.
• Maintain and update cost databases to reflect current market trends and pricing.
• Monitor project costs and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options.
• Support business development efforts through accurate and competitive bid proposals.
