Job Description

  • Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects from start to completion.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to analyze project requirements.
  • Review project specifications, blueprints, and other documents to develop estimates.
  • Provide value engineering solutions to optimize project budgets.
  • Maintain and update cost databases to reflect current market trends and pricing.
  • Support contract negotiations by providing detailed cost breakdowns and justifications.
  • Monitor project budgets and provide updates to stakeholders as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
